Light Meter Refund Policy

1. Full Refund Eligibility Rules

100% full refund approval requires both conditions below to be met simultaneously:

• Your Creem payment order was generated within the latest 14 calendar days;
• The tool license key has NOT been activated to unlock full features.

Once license activation completes, all refund rights are permanently invalid with zero exceptions.

2. Payment & Refund Processor

All transactions and refund processing are handled by Creem third-party checkout gateway. No payment card or banking credentials are stored within the app.

3. How To Submit A Refund Request

• Send a formal request email to support@euroaus.com with your complete Creem order ID;
• Mark "Refund Request + Tool Name" in your email subject for faster review;
• Allow 3–5 working days for manual review and funds to return to your original payment channel.

4. Permanent Non-Refund Circumstances

• 14-day post-purchase eligibility window has expired;
• License activation finished;
• Refund requests caused by personal device change, accidental purchase, or business adjustment after activation.
