Prohibited: Redistribute, resell, crack, reverse-engineer, or sublicense the source code.
2. Payment & Refund Rules
One-time lifetime unlock price: $7.77 USD. Transactions processed via Creem.
14-day full refund window applies only to unactivated licenses.
No refunds issued once license key is activated.
Prices exclude local VAT, GST and sales tax; tax calculated at checkout based on buyer region.
3. Seven-Day Free Trial
All new users receive full feature access for 7 consecutive days with zero payment.
After trial expiry, core functions are locked; read-only access to existing local records remains available.
No recurring subscriptions or automatic charges.
4. Version Upgrade Terms
Your license covers all minor updates within the current major version (v1.x). Future major versions (v2.0+) may require a separate discounted upgrade purchase.
5. Data Storage & Liability
All data is stored locally in your browser. No cloud copies are maintained. We are not liable for data loss due to cache clearing, device damage, or accidental deletion. You are responsible for regular manual backups.
